Yes. We connect your carrier by API (for example Skydropx, which Feastables Colombia uses) so the agent can quote shipping in the chat, check the real status of every order and let the customer know when it’s on its way.
We use the official WhatsApp API, the channel Meta authorizes for businesses. Bans usually come from unofficial tools. We still follow Meta’s rules on messages and templates to protect your number.
The AI only answers with your store’s information and has guardrails: it never makes up prices or discounts. If a question isn’t covered by its information, it hands the chat to someone on your team with a summary of the conversation.
When someone taps the WhatsApp button on your website or in an ad, SixSuite saves where they came from and ties it to their chat. That way 97% to 99% of chats arrive with their source; anything that can’t be confirmed is marked “no source” instead of guessed.
