From the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app (the "Export chat" option), from Wati or as a CSV file. Up to 50 conversations, chosen by you.

SixSuite reads each conversation and notes what it would have answered at each point, without sending anything to anyone.

On the same link you see, chat by chat, what your customer wrote, what actually happened and what SixSuite would have answered. After 7 days, everything is deleted.

We do it before you pay anything. If you like it, you choose your plan; if not, nothing happens and your data is deleted after 7 days.
Do I have to give you access to my platform or my WhatsApp?
No. You export the chats you want to show us and upload them on your private link. We don’t log in to your account or touch your number.
What happens to my customers’ data?
Before uploading anything, you accept a consent to use it only for this trial, as data protection law requires. Nobody outside the team preparing your report sees it, and it’s deleted automatically after 7 days.
Which platforms can I export my chats from?
From the WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business apps (with the "Export chat" option), from Wati and from any tool that gives you a CSV file. If you use another one, we’ll review it with you on the call.
How many chats do I need?
With 20 or 30 typical conversations from your business, you can already see it clearly. The link accepts up to 50.
