Setup is the initial work we do so SixSuite sells from day one. You pay for it only once, and the price depends on what your business needs to connect or migrate.

How much does Setup cost?

It depends on what needs to be connected: a store with 50 products isn’t the same as one with 5,000 and an old chatbot to migrate. In a 20-minute call we look at your case and give you the exact price, in writing, before we start.

You can pay it in 2 installments (monthly plan) or in 6 interest-free installments (yearly plan).

What you pay directly, with no markup

You pay for your AI and your WhatsApp messages directly to each provider, at their price. Other platforms resell them as “credits” or pricey add-ons.

Is there a long-term contract?

Not on the monthly plan: just give us 30 days’ notice. The yearly plan gives you 12 months for the price of 10, and Setup is paid in 6 interest-free installments. If you leave before the year is up, you pay the remaining Setup installments and the discount you received.

What happens if my business grows?

We let you know before you hit your plan’s limit, when you reach 80%. You can add an extra (more people, a line or more storage) or move up to the next plan. We never charge you an overage without your approval.

Why doesn’t Setup have a fixed price?

Because every business comes in differently: catalog, calendar, payment gateway, shipping carrier or a previous chatbot to migrate. We’d rather look at it with you and give you an exact price before we start than overcharge you or surprise you later.

Can I change plans?

Yes. If you upgrade mid-month, you only pay the difference for the remaining days. If you downgrade or remove an extra, the change applies from the following month.

Do my conversations get deleted?

No. Your conversation text is kept forever, on every plan. What has a time limit depending on your plan are the files (photos, voice notes and documents): before archiving them we notify you 30, 7 and 1 day ahead, with a button to download them. If you need to keep them longer or need more space, you can add it as an extra or move up to the next plan. When a file leaves your account, we keep an encrypted copy for 12 more months for legal reasons only, and then it’s deleted.

What else do I have to pay?

Just two things, directly to each provider and with no markup from us: AI usage (about USD 15 to 70 a month, depending on your conversations) and the WhatsApp messages Meta charges for.
