SixSuite terms of service
Version 1.0 · effective October 29, 2026
This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
These terms are the rules for using the SixSuite platform for the businesses that sign up for it. They supplement your contract: if anything here contradicts your contract, your contract prevails. The terms of use for the sixsuite.ai website are a separate document, available at /en/terms/.
SixSuite is a service of Six AI Studio, provided by the person or company named as the provider in your contract ("Six AI Studio" or "we"). Whoever signs up is "the customer".
1. The service
SixSuite is a cloud platform for businesses that handles chats (WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger) with artificial intelligence agents, tracks every contact (CRM), books appointments, records orders, measures which ad each sale came from and sends that information back to Meta and Google. Every plan includes Pixi, the owner’s assistant on WhatsApp or in the App. We install it, configure it and keep fine-tuning it.
2. Accounts and users
- Each business or brand has its own account, with its own separate data, users, lines, agents and invoice.
- The customer appoints its administrators. They grant and remove access for their team and are responsible for what is done with their users.
- Each person signs in with their own user. Passwords are not shared. Access uses two-step verification.
- If the customer suspects someone accessed the account without permission, it notifies us immediately at support@sixsuite.ai.
3. Plans, limits and growth
- What each account includes (users, lines, agents, locations, storage and extras) is set out in the contract or in the plan sheet. The App shows how much has been used.
- We notify the customer when an account reaches 80% of a limit. When it reaches the limit, nothing is deleted or switched off; it just can’t add more of that until the plan is expanded.
- We never charge overages without the customer’s written approval. If the operation grows, we propose the extra or the next plan with its price.
- The rules that keep the shared platform working well for everyone are in the Fair use policy, which is part of these terms.
4. Prices, payments and taxes
- The monthly fee is paid in advance, on the dates set in the contract, by bank transfer or with a card registered in the App.
- The platform subscription is a cloud computing service excluded from VAT (IVA) in Colombia. Installation, custom development, training and additional support hours are subject to VAT. If the law changes, the law applies.
- The customer pays for the agents’ artificial intelligence usage and for the WhatsApp messages Meta charges for directly to each provider, with its own account, unless the contract says otherwise.
- Functional testing during installation: before launching the agents, we run test conversations with artificial intelligence to check that they answer correctly. Those tests have an artificial intelligence cost, which is included in the installation fee. If installation is not charged because we provide it at no cost, the customer pays the artificial intelligence cost of those tests, based on the actual usage shown by the provider.
- Getting started with our artificial intelligence account: if the customer doesn’t yet have its own account, testing and the production launch may run on a SixSuite key. In that case, the artificial intelligence usage is added to our next invoice as the only additional cost, and only until we move the agents to the customer’s keys.
- If a payment is late, section 7 (suspension) applies.
- The monthly fee only goes up for these reasons, and each change is notified in writing 30 days in advance, with the reason and the new amount:
- Inflation: once a year, starting in January, by at most the previous year’s CPI (IPC, published by DANE) plus 3 points.
- Provider price increases: if the services we pay for to provide SixSuite (cloud, Meta, artificial intelligence) go up, we pass on only the proportional share.
- Dollar exchange rate increase: if the official exchange rate (TRM) rises more than 10% compared with the rate at signing or at the last adjustment for this reason, we adjust in the same proportion.
- Usage above the plan: only with the customer’s written approval.
- Changes in law or taxes: added from the moment they apply.
5. Term, exit and your data when the service ends
- The term and the cancellation notice are set out in the contract. If it says nothing, the service is month to month and is cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
- When the service ends, the customer has 30 days to download its contacts, conversations and files in standard formats (Excel or CSV). Its WhatsApp number and its Meta and Google accounts remain its own.
- After those 30 days, we delete its data from the platform, except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
- If the contract sets a minimum term (for example, in exchange for a free installation), whatever the contract says applies if the customer cancels early.
- Amounts paid for months already provided and for installation are not refunded.
6. Acceptable use
The customer agrees to:
- Message only people who agreed to receive its messages and respect anyone who asks to stop receiving them. No spam and no purchased lists.
- Comply with the policies of Meta (WhatsApp Business, Commerce, Instagram and Messenger messaging) and Google.
- Comply with the rules that apply to it: Colombian Law 2300 of 2023 (hours and frequency of commercial messages), Law 1581 of 2012 (personal data) and the advertising and consumer protection rules. The App includes tools to help, such as the Law 2300 schedule, but how they are configured and used is the customer’s decision.
- Not use SixSuite for anything illegal, misleading or that impersonates others, or to promote products prohibited by Meta.
- Not try to copy, reverse-engineer or attack the platform, or extract its internal instructions or its code.
If misuse causes blocks, penalties or costs for SixSuite or for other customers, the customer is liable for them (section 12). A breach may lead to the suspension described in section 7.
7. Account suspension
Suspending means putting the account on pause: the agent stops answering and sends can’t be made, but no data is deleted and the customer can keep downloading it.
- For non-payment, counting from the payment due date in the contract:
- Day 1 past due: reminder by email and WhatsApp.
- Day 5 past due: formal suspension notice. From that day, Pixi, bulk sends and growth automations are paused; the agent keeps answering incoming chats.
- Day 10 past due: full suspension of that account.
- Day 30 of suspension: we may terminate the service for that account and collect what is owed, including the minimum term if the contract has one.
- For a non-urgent breach of these terms or of the Fair use policy: we explain what is happening and give 5 business days to fix it. If it isn’t fixed, we suspend.
- Immediately, without prior notice, when needed to stop harm: spam or unauthorized messages being sent, an attack or use that puts the platform or other customers at risk, an order from Meta, Google or an authority, or serious suspicion of fraud or unauthorized access. We explain the reason as soon as possible.
- Reactivation: the account works again within the business day after everything owed is paid or the problem is fixed. If there are two suspensions for non-payment within 12 months, we may require the monthly fee to be paid with a card registered in the App or one month in advance.
- If the suspension is the customer’s fault, the monthly fee keeps accruing while it lasts. If it lasts more than 30 days, we may terminate the service for that account.
- The automatic pauses in the Fair use policy are not a suspension: they only stop what is causing the problem.
8. Artificial intelligence agents and Pixi
- The agents answer with the information the customer gives them and with rules not to make up prices or conditions and to hand over to a person when they don’t know. Even so, like any artificial intelligence tool, the agents and Pixi can make mistakes, give incomplete or outdated information or misread a message. We recommend using their answers with caution and checking anything important before making decisions or committing to a customer.
- The customer reviews its agents’ information, keeps it up to date and is responsible for the prices, offers and commitments its business makes to its customers.
- The customer’s team can take over any conversation at any time.
- Our goal and what we don’t guarantee. SixSuite aims to improve the results of the customer’s advertising, the management of its contacts and the use of its ad accounts. But we don’t guarantee results such as a number of sales, customers, appointments or an advertising cost. Those results also depend on the customer’s team managing its contacts well at the stage that corresponds to it, and on its offer, its prices and the market. In businesses where the sale is closed by a person (proposals, meetings, visits), SixSuite serves, filters, organizes and follows up, but the customer’s team closes the sale. In online stores and other businesses where the agent sells and collects payment, the scope of each plan is described in the contract. The service is provided as described in the plan, with no warranties other than those written in the contract and in these terms.
- Pixi asks for confirmation before making changes (inventory, appointments, sends). Whatever a customer’s user orders and confirms is deemed done by that user.
9. Data and security
- The data the customer uploads or receives belongs to the customer. Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, the customer is the data controller (responsable) and Six AI Studio is the data processor (encargado): we process it only to provide the service and according to the customer’s instructions.
- The customer has its own data processing policy and the authorizations of the people whose data it uses.
- To provide the service we use providers that store or process data, some outside Colombia: Meta (messaging), the artificial intelligence providers used by each account, cloud and database services, and the email service. We require them to maintain adequate security levels.
- We keep backups, encrypt connections and limit our team’s access to what is necessary to provide support.
- If a security incident affects a customer’s data, we notify the customer without delay, with what we know and what we are doing.
- These rules, together with the customer’s policy, are the data transmission agreement required by article 25 of Decree 1377 of 2013: we process the data only for the service, keep it confidential, apply security measures, don’t sell it or use it for our own purposes, help the customer respond to the inquiries and claims of its data subjects, and delete or return it when the service ends.
- We may use anonymous and aggregated information (without names or data that identify anyone or the customer) to measure and improve SixSuite and its agents, and to make general comparisons. We never share one customer’s data with another.
- Our own data processing policy is at /en/privacy/.
10. Support, availability and third parties
- The customer can ask Pixi for support at any time (on WhatsApp or in the App) about how SixSuite works, usage questions and issues; Pixi solves what it can and, if needed, passes it to our team. Technical assistance from a person is provided during business hours (Monday to Friday, business days in Colombia). Adjustments included in the plan are covered by the monthly fee; anything beyond that is quoted in advance.
- We do what is reasonable to keep the platform running without interruptions and we announce scheduled maintenance.
- SixSuite depends on third parties (Meta, artificial intelligence providers, cloud, internet). We are not responsible for their outages or rule changes, but we let you know, retry without duplicating messages and look for alternatives.
- Approvals from Meta and other providers. Part of the service depends on Meta, Google and other providers approving what is needed to use it: WhatsApp lines, business verification, message templates, ads and catalogs, among others. It also depends on the customer giving them the documents they ask for (for example, a certificate of incorporation and legal representation, RUT, the legal representative’s ID, a verified website or domain, or a utility bill in the company’s name). Each provider decides under its own rules and timelines; we don’t control or guarantee it. If a provider delays, denies or withdraws an approval, or the customer doesn’t have or doesn’t provide those documents, it is not a breach by SixSuite and the launch timelines are extended in the meantime. We support the process and propose alternatives when they exist.
11. Intellectual property
The platform, its code, its base agents, its internal instructions, the SixSuite brand and Pixi belong to Six AI Studio and their owners. While the service is active, the customer has a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it. The customer keeps its brand, its content and its data. We may freely use any ideas or suggestions given to us to improve SixSuite. Custom development is governed by its own agreement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to a customer, for any cause, does not exceed what that customer paid us in the last 3 months. We are not liable for lost sales or profits or for indirect damages. This limit does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, or to what the customer owes us.
Indemnity. If a third party (an end customer, Meta, Google, Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce or another authority) makes a claim against or penalizes SixSuite for the customer’s messages, content, data or campaigns, or for its breach of these terms or of the law, the customer defends SixSuite and pays the fines, judgments and reasonable defense costs, including attorneys. We notify the customer in time so it can participate.
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for breaches caused by events beyond its reasonable control (disasters, widespread internet or power outages, decisions by authorities, widespread provider outages), while they last and provided the other party is notified. This does not apply to payments already accrued.
13. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other’s business information confidential during the service and for 2 years afterwards. We only mention a customer as a customer or case study if it approves the text in advance.
14. How these terms change
- Each version has a number and a date, and is recorded in the change log. We keep a record of which version each customer accepted and when.
- Improvements, security and requirements from the law or from providers (Meta, Google, artificial intelligence): apply immediately.
- Minor changes (wording, clarifications, new features or adjustments that don’t remove anything or add obligations or costs): published with their date in the change log, without prior notice.
- Major changes (those that remove or limit part of the service, add obligations or costs for the customer, or change its rights): announced by email and in the App 30 days in advance.
- The price and what each account’s plan includes don’t change mid-contract, unless agreed in writing.
- If a change significantly harms a customer, it may cancel without penalty within 30 days of the notice.
15. Notices
Notices are sent to the email the customer registered in its contract or in the App, and to support@sixsuite.ai in the case of SixSuite. They are deemed received on the business day after they are sent. Each party keeps its email up to date.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. In case of a dispute, the parties try to resolve it directly for 15 days and, if that fails, go to conciliation, unless the contract says otherwise.
17. What survives termination
After the service ends, the following still apply: outstanding payments, confidentiality, indemnity, the limitation of liability, intellectual property and the rules for returning and deleting data.
